Mr. Brockway is the chief planning consultant of ATA. He has over 20 years of diverse professional experience in private practice and government service. His expertise is in designing projects and creating programs for his clients and constituents that add financial value, enhances quality of life while working to protect the environment.
Brockway’s work includes land planning and design for large-scale residential developments in Texas and Illinois plus park and recreational area designs for the City of Chicago and the Lake County Illinois Forest Preserve District among others. He has prepared numerous site and landscape designs for hospitals, schools, banks and residences. He has been recognized as an expert in natural and scenic area planning, sustainable landscape design and ecological restoration.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brockway has received statewide and national-level awards for projects in New Jersey and Texas highlighted by the ASLA President’s Award in 1999 for a regional watershed restoration and conservation plan in the metropolitan New York City area.
