Project Architect & Landscape Architect​

Qualifications

（Year of Experience:6 yr +）

Detail-orientated, familiar with architecture materials, had been involved as a key member in minimal three built projects (high-end residential or hospitality to DD or CD level). Desire a long-term career path, team player and be excited by challenges. Proficient in programs such as CAD, Rhino, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop) etc. Accredited Degree in Architecture/Landscape Architecture, fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred.

Job Description

Work under Principal’s direction on divers types of projects from master planning to design development. Generate drawings and presentations, lead and train junior staff. Coordinate with Clients, Project Directors and Consultants, prepare drafts of proposals, work plans and memos.

Junior Architect & Landscape Architect​

Qualifications

  1. Design Orientated and highly self-motivated.
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up/Rhino, Illustrator, In Design etc.
  3. English speaking or bilingual (preferred).
  4. Internship only opens to candidates who are able to work full time in Beijing for more than 3 months.

Intern ( Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Urban Planning)​

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience working on full, ground up buildings
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up/Rhino, Illustrator, In Design etc.
  3. Detail-orientated and self-motivated, being able to provide thoughtful and rigorous approach to design no matter what the scale, scope, or budget of a project.
  4. English speaking or bilingual (preferred)
